Why is my Aerial Dryer completely out of operation?
    • M
      Melanie FryAug 8, 2025
The Aerial dryer might not be working because the humidity level set on the hygrostat has been reached. The dryer will restart automatically once the humidity exceeds the set level. Alternatively, the room temperature may be outside the range of +3°C to +32°C. The dryer will resume operation once the temperature is within this range. Ensure the room temperature is within the specified limits. If neither of these issues is the cause, there may be a defect in the device, and you should consult an expert.

Why doesn't my Aerial Dryer reach the set humidity on the hygrostat?

      Mark FloydAug 12, 2025
The Aerial dryer might not be reaching the set humidity or switching off because of a defect or incorrect connection of the hygrostat. Check the hygrostat. Does the unit switch off when you turn the hygrostat to the '0' position? If needed, replace the hygrostat. Also, the hygrostat might be set to an unattainable value; adjust it to a practical level, such as 55-60% r.h. in a swimming pool room, to allow the dehumidifier to switch off. The unit's capacity might be insufficient for your needs, requiring a higher-capacity unit or changes to the environment. A problem in the dryer's cooling circuit could also be the cause, requiring expert attention.

Why does my Aerial Dryer have bad or no drying capacity?
    • K
      Kristopher VasquezAug 17, 2025
If your Aerial dryer isn't drying effectively, it could be due to several reasons. The room's humidity might be below 40% r.h., in which case, disconnecting the dryer is recommended. Consider setting the hygrostat to around 50% r.F. The air filter might be dirty; clean or replace it to avoid long-term issues. Regularly check the filter. There might also be a cooling circuit problem, which requires expert repair.

What to do if the circuit breaker disturbs the voltage supply to my Aerial Dryer?
    • M
      mark79Aug 21, 2025
If the building's circuit breaker is cutting off power to your Aerial dryer, the safeguard might be too weak and needs checking or transposing. Alternatively, there could be a malfunction in the dryer's electrical circuit. In this case, the dryer's voltage supply must be interrupted (switch off main power switch!) and the defect should be resolved by an expert.

    • O
      ostoneSep 3, 2025
