By default we recommend one session of 30 minutes a day, but
you can manually set up your individual session length up to 99
minutes.
For a quick warm-up before exercise even 15 minutes of high
pressure can be enough. But post-workout you can go as long as
50-60 minutes of relaxing compression. As long as the procedure
feels pleasurable to you there are no restrictions how long or how
often you should use it!
