Fuselage Assembly Guide

Step 1: Prepare Building Board

Prepare the building board and position the right fuselage side R-1 for assembly.

Step 2: Prepare Triangular Stock

Step 3: Attach Triangular Stock

Step 4: Attach Left Fuselage Side

Step 8: Secure Battery Tray and Motor Mounts

Assemble fin L-1, rudder L-2, glue L-3, L-4, L-5, and L-10.

Place horizontal stabilizer L-6 and glue tips L-8, noting wood grain orientation.

Step 25: Attach Fin to Stabilizer

Round edges, glue fin to horizontal stabilizer at 90°.

Step 27: Prepare Center Wing Jig

Step 28: Install Center Wing Ribs

Use ribs T-2 to position spar T-9 and sheeting T-12, glue in center ribs T-1.

Step 29: Attach Wing Ribs to Spars

Glue ribs T-2 and T-2A to spar and trailing edge of center wing.

Step 30.1: Install Upper Wing Spar and Sheeting

Glue upper spar T-10, leading edge T-11, and upper sheeting T-12.

Step 30.2: Fit Center Wing Sheeting

Fit center wing sheeting T-13 in front of and behind wing spar, glue and secure.

Step 31: Assemble Outer Wing Panels

Protect jigs, position spar T-14, sheeting T-17, and glue ribs T-3 to T-8 and T-3A.

Step 32: Install Outer Wing Spars and Sheeting

Glue upper wing spar T-15, leading edge T-16, sheeting T-17, and wing tips T-18.

Step 33: Prepare Wing Panels for Joining

Step 34: Attach Center Wing Sheeting

Step 35: Shape and Join Wing

Sand leading edges, wing tips, and join outer panels to the center wing.

Finishing and Final Assembly

Step 36: Cover Airframe Sections

Step 37: Attach Tail Section and Linkages

Fit tail section, install servos, and connect pushrods to control horns.

Step 38: Set Control Throws

Step 39: Install Motor and Balance

Install motor, connect ESC, propeller, secure battery, and check center of gravity.
