  If you hear a hissing noise from the back of your AGA Kitchen Appliances machine, even when the button is released (and it's not the usual carbonation hiss), it indicates a valve problem with the gas cylinder. Immediately leave the machine, without unscrewing the water bottle or gas cylinder. Open a window, wait at least 30 minutes, and then file a product complaint for the gas cylinder where you bought it or with the manufacturer.

  If you notice low gas in the water combined with high gas consumption in your AGA Kitchen Appliances appliance, the washer on the cylinder holder might be missing or leaking. You should change the washer. New washers can be ordered from customer service.

  If the amount of gas in the water gradually drops in your AGA Kitchen Appliances appliance, it could be due to two reasons: either the gas cylinder is empty, in which case you should replace it, or the gas cylinder is too cold, in which case you should wait until the cylinder warms up.
