Options Info
Press this softkey to retrieve information regarding the options
installed in the instrument. This information may include any of the
following information:
• Option number: the alpha or numeric designation of the installed
option, for instance: option UN8, UNB or 300.
• Hardware version: the letter designation of the installed hardware
for the listed option number, for instance: UN8 or UN9

version A.
• DSP version: the name of the DSP (digital signal processor)
firmware version for the installed option card.

Pattern Trigger In Polarity Neg Pos (Option UN8)
This softkey in the Signal Polarity Setup menu is used to configure the
polarity of the TTL signal at the PATTERN TRIG IN connector that
triggers an event. Pos refers to the rising edge, while Neg refers to the
falling edge.
Default Value: Pos

Trigger In Polarity Neg Pos
PN9 Mode Preset Normal Quick (Option UN8)
This softkey sets the preset value for the PN9 mode. The choices are
Normal and Quick. PN9 mode only applies to personalities that require
software PRBS.
Default Value: Normal
