RF signal generators
The ESG family consists of four
series:
ESG-A series: analog instruments
ESG-AP series: analog instruments
with high spectral purity.
ESG-D series: digital and analog
instruments.
ESG-DP series: digital and analog
instruments with high spectral
purity.
