When the FW A.02.04 or later is installed, you can check the Touch panel device driver and Touch
panel controller by the following steps.
1.Press System Button on the front panel.
2.Press Firmware Revision
3. Press More Info
When the FW A.02.04 or later is installed, the FW detects the combination failure and shows the
following error message.

Possible root cause
Hardware error. Valid touch panel controller not
found
SR-10 driver is in the HDD, but SR-10 HW is not
in the E5061B
DR-12 driver is in the HDD, but DR-12 HW is
not in the E5061B
Note: This combination failure detection is not available on FW A.02.03 or below.
5012-8672, DR-12 Touch Screen Controller board needs DR-12 driver on the HDD. The DR-12 driver
is in the E5061-82201 HDD only.
0960-2972, SR-10 Touch Panel Controller needs SR-10 driver on the HDD. The SR-10 driver is in the
E5061-82202 HDD only.
