8.9 CNT R-V Kelvin 2SMU: CNT R-V characteristics, Kelvin connection
(A.01.20)
[Supported Analyzer]
B1500A, 4155B, 4155C, 4156B, 4156C
[Description]
Measures the electric resistance of a CNT 2-terminal device and plots R-V (resistance vs voltage)
characteristics. This test is designed to apply a voltage between terminals of devices, measure a current and
calculate the resistance. Kelvin connection is used for connecting SMU to a device.
