15.27 R-V DVM: Low resistance measurement using 3458A, voltage force
(A.01.20)
[Supported Analyzer]
B1500A
[Description]
Measures the low resistance of a 2-terminal device. SMU forces voltage and measures current, and DVM
(3458A) measures voltage between terminals. Resistance is calculated from the measured value of a current and
that of a voltage between terminals. For the purpose of excluding thermoelectric power, this test is designed to
measure resistance again by switching the direction of voltage and to get the average value of resistance as a
test result.
