Remove the motor protector, install the motor protection cover on both
sides of the rear wheel. Note: Part of the plastic motor protector will
break and stay inside the flywheel, carefully remove it with a pair of
pliers.
Step Nine
Tighten each pedal to 35 Nm.
Identification mark: Right pedal (with "R" label) tighten clockwise, left
pedal (with "L" label) tighten counterclockwise.
(2) has reverse threads, tighten counterclockwise. Apply lubricating
grease to the threads, and slowly and carefully screw the pedal onto
the left crank by hand.
