Children too large or heavy for the child
carrier must have legs
long enough to always maintain contact with the foot pegs
anytime the bike is in motion. If they
cannot always maintain contact with the foot pegs when the
bike is in motion, they should not ride as a passenger. Serious
injury or death can occur if clothing or body parts contact the
rear wheel while the bike is in motion.
