Issue Most Common Solutions
Charging indicator
light is always red.
Battery pack may be defective.
Contact Aipas eBikes customer
support for assistance.
Battery Recycling
When your battery is no longer usable, dispose of your battery
according to state and federal regulations. State regula tions
regarding battery disposal vary so it is important you find
out and follow the rules in your state.
Lithium Ion batteries cannot be put in with standard garba ge bins.
1. Check that the cord is connected
to the charger.
2. Check power availability at the
main plug location.
3. If the battery does not charge,
unplug and contact Aipas eBikes.
