Why is my Air Hogs Toy helicopter not holding a charge?
    • D
      Diane MaloneAug 16, 2025
If your Air Hogs helicopter isn't holding a charge, first ensure the helicopter is turned OFF while charging, so that it is not flashing. Also, check the controller's battery power; replace the batteries in the controller if they are low.

What to do if my Air Hogs Toy helicopter suddenly stops and drops while flying?
    • S
      suzannedorseyAug 22, 2025
If your Air Hogs helicopter suddenly stops and drops during flight, it's likely due to weak power. Try recharging the helicopter or checking the battery power in the controller. Alternatively, the helicopter may be out of range. Try moving closer to the helicopter with the controller or fly the helicopter higher than the controller.

Why is my Air Hogs Toy helicopter losing control?
    • L
      Lance SimpsonAug 26, 2025
Your Air Hogs helicopter might be losing control for several reasons. There may be another infrared (IR) device using the same channel; avoid these if possible, or choose another location to operate the helicopter. Bright lights may also interfere with the IR control, so avoid flying near windows or bright lights, or choose a different location. Finally, you may be too far from the controller; move closer to the helicopter with the controller.

    • K
      Kristen EatonSep 2, 2025

What to do if videos or pictures from my Air Hogs Toy are blurry?
    • W
      William GarciaSep 6, 2025
If the videos or pictures from your Air Hogs helicopter are blurry, ensure your video/picture viewing software is set to 100% zoom. The resolution of the pictures/videos is QVGA (320 x 240 pixels). Also, make sure you are not taking pictures while the helicopter is turning or spinning. Ensure your helicopter is properly trimmed and try taking pictures when the helicopter is flying straight.

What to do if my Air Hogs Toy video is not being recorded?
    • T
      Timothy SmithSep 9, 2025
If your Air Hogs helicopter isn't recording video, ensure the memory is free. If the Air Hogs Hawk Eye helicopter LED is flashing orange, the memory is full. Also, make sure you only press the video button and not the video and picture buttons at the same time. Finally, be sure the helicopter is turned on and fully charged during video recording. If the helicopter is turned off or is not fully charged during the video recording period, the video clip cannot be saved. Recharge the helicopter and complete the video recording by pressing the video button again.

      Michael BradySep 12, 2025
If your Air Hogs helicopter isn't taking pictures, ensure the memory in the Air Hogs Hawk Eye is free. If the helicopter LED is flashing orange, the memory is full.
