CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Always turn off and unplug the system before you clean any of its components and before
changing the filters!
2. Clean the air vents: Use a soft brush or a cloth to remove dust or any particles from the
inlet/outlet of the system.!
3. It is recommended to change the air filters every 6–8 months. However, you may need to
change your filters sooner or later depending on how often you use your air purifier. It is
important to watch out for the following signs of expired filters:!
• Increased operating noise!
• Decreased airflow!
• Clogged filters!
• Increased presence of odors!

TROUBLESHOOTING
Air purifier does not power on.
Please check whether the product power is plugged in and
turned. If not, plug it in, and turn it on using the touch screen or
the remote control.
Air purifier is plugged in but does
not power on.
Try plugging the air purifier into a different outlet.
There is no air flowing out of the
outlet
Please check whether the product is powered on.
Poor air purification quality
The air quality inside the room might be too low. In this case, run
the air purifier for a longer time.(

If you continue to have problem with the quality, it could be time
to replace the filter.
Products make abnormal sounds
Be sure to remove all packing materials from the filter screen.!
Please ensure that the air intake an outlet or not blocked or
blocked by articles, and remove any blockage. !
If abnormal operation continues, turn off the air purifier, unplug it,
and contact customer service center.
