What to do if my AirPro Fan will not start?

If your AirPro Fan won't start, begin by checking the main and branch circuit fuses or breakers. Then, check the line wire connections to the fan and switch wire connections in the switch housing, remembering to turn off the main power first. Also, check the batteries in the transmitter, ensuring the red LED light comes on, you are within 10-20 feet of the fan, and the dip switch settings match on both the transmitter and receiver. Remember to turn off the power supply before checking the dip switch settings in the receiver.

Why is my AirPro Progress Lighting P2572 so noisy?

      Anna ShermanAug 13, 2025
There are several reasons why your AirPro Fan might be noisy. First, ensure all motor housing screws are snug and that the screws attaching the fan blade bracket to the motor hub are tight. Also, check that wire nut connections are not rattling against each other or the interior wall of the switch housing. Allow a 24-hour "breaking in" period, as most noises disappear during this time. If using a light kit, make sure the screws securing the glassware are tight and the light bulb is secure. Ensure the canopy is a short distance from the ceiling and that your electrical box is secure, with rubber isolator pads used between the mounting bracket and the electrical box.
