If your internet connection is down on your AirTies Air 4960R Wireless Router, first check the WAN ethernet cable connection between your modem and the router. If the problem continues, it is recommended to contact your Internet Service Provider.
Connect the RJ45 Ethernet Cable to the LAN port on the ONT/ONR and WAN port on the Air 4960R Router.
Plug the power adapter into the Air 4960R and then into a power socket, then turn on the unit.
Wait for the Air 4960R LED to turn solid green, indicating connection to the internet.
Locate the Wi-Fi Name and Password on the label affixed to the underside of your Air 4960R unit.
Connect the RJ45 Ethernet Cable to the LAN port on the ONT/ONR and WAN port on the Air 4960R Router.
