How to fix Airworks A11MDA10AG Air Conditioner that does not operate?
    • C
      Christopher GomezAug 8, 2025
If your Airworks Air Conditioner isn't operating or only runs in fan mode, first, ensure the power cord is securely plugged into the wall outlet and that the main power supply is on. If there was a power failure, wait for the power to restore and then wait 3 minutes before restarting the unit. Check if the timer is on and adjust the time settings if needed. Finally, if the LCDI Plug has tripped, press the RESET button on the plug until it clicks.

Why is my Airworks Air Conditioner not cooling efficiently?
    • E
      eduncanAug 15, 2025
If your Airworks Air Conditioner's cooling isn't efficient, start by clearing any obstructions from the air inlets and outlets, such as curtains or blinds. Eliminate any heat sources in the room. Clean the air filter. Adjust the set temperature to a more suitable level. If the fan speed is set to Low or the mode is set to Energy Saver, increase the fan speed or change the unit mode. If the unit is freezing, causing ice blockage, set the highest fan speed and coolest temperature and wait for the frost to melt.

      samanthamartinAug 25, 2025
If your Airworks Air Conditioner starts and stops frequently, or frequently blows fuses or trips the circuit breaker, ensure the outdoor temperature is within the unit's working range (above 17°C or 62°F). Verify that the power source voltage is properly rated according to the unit's rating plate and adjust if necessary. Also, make sure the unit is plugged in alone and not connected to an extension cord or sharing a circuit with other appliances. For dirty or obstructed internal evaporator and outside condenser coils, contact customer service.
