MAKE A COPY OF THIS SHEET FOR EACH UNIT TESTED.
Please connect TEST UNIT's USB cable to PC,then open ACVFTestApp.exe to entrance TEST MODE
1) Follow onscreen instructions for UI tests, record PASS/FAIL results (and any comments) below.
