Serialization
To serialize the ACV0, we are using a USB Barcode scanner that outputs ASCII (text)
when a barcode is scanned. Any scanner that does this should work but the one we tested
with is a Unitech MS210-1BG .
Before the tester is allowed to scan the serial into the unit, the unit must have passed all
tests.
Because of the nature of the scanner, the tester may need to scan the barcode twice or
more to get the unit serialized. When a successful serialization has taken place, the serial
number in the unit is displayed and “Serialized” is shown.
The test is complete.
Thank You!
