USING YOUR APPLIANCE
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
POWERING ON:
The radio can be powered with batteries or
using the adaptor.
1. Press the ON/OFF button down to turn
the power supply on.
2. Press the STANDBY button to the turn
the Radio on.
LISTENING TO THE RADIO:
1. Place the Retro 4 Band Radio flat
level surface, taking care to preserve
a sufficient space of ventilation all
around the apparatus (10 cm) so that
the heat generated at the time of
operation can be evacuated without
obstacle.
2. Connect the unit to the power supply.
3. To turn on the unit, turn the power ON/
OFF switch.
4. Choose the bands that you would like
by pressing either
FM/MW/SW/LW .
5. Adjust the station using the tuning
control.
6. Adjust the sound volume using the
volume knob.
7. Use the Volume knob to adjust the
volume as desire.
8. To turn off the unit, turn the power ON/
OFF switch.
9. You can adjust the pitch as desire by
using the Tone Knob.
BATTERIES:
Open the battery compartment located at
the back of the radio and place 6 x 1.5V /C
batteries taking care not to reverse the
poles. Close the battery compartment
POWER ADAPTOR:
Insert one end of the power adaptor into
the DC jack on the back of the radio. Plug
the other end of the Adaptor in at the mains
and turn on.
1. Always disconnect the equipment
from the power supply before
cleaning.
2. Clean the equipment with a soft,
damp, lint free cloth.
3. Do not use abrasives or harsh
cleaners
