has three
wires,
as
shown in the
illustration.

The wires in this mains lead are coloured in accordance with
the
following cord:
Green-and-yellow:
earth
Blue: neutral
Brown: live
As the colours of
the wires in the flex
may
not correspond to
the
colour
markings in your plug, make sure that wires are connect in
the
following
way. The
green-and-yellow wire should
be
connected
to
the
terminal
marked "E"
or marked with the safety earth
symbol
(4);
the blue
wire is
connected
to
the
terminal marked "N",
or coloured
black. The brown
wire
should be connected to the
terminal
marked "L", or
coloured red.
Make
sure all terminal screws are tightened and there are no loose strands
of
wire.
