To adjust Brake Solenoid position, align the
Left
and
Right
Brake
Levers
when
the
Solenoid
Plunger is retracted.
One end of the Brake Band is centered in the
elliptical hole in the Brake Band, as shown by
(a) (a’) in Figure 4a. ;
For
metal Brake
Band
Retainer,
adjust
Screw
(b),
so
that
the
clearance
between
the
Brake
Band
and
motor
circumference
is
uniform,
as
shown
in
Figure
4B.
Adjust
the
set
position
of
the
Brake
Band
Spring
so
that
Brake
tension
is
150
grams
(using
60
mm
diameter
tape
and
measuring
with
a
Tension
Gauge)
