An additional jumper on main board allows “old” EU power (AM 1 W / SSB 12 W)
or “new “ power (AM 4 Watts / SSB 12 Watts)
The CB codes are open to everybody via keyboard combination.
To extend for radio amateurs users, you only have to put a temporary jumper at
positions 1&2 , only for the time of selection: Then the selection opens
• 0 = 10 and 12 m Band
• 1 = 10 m Band
• 2 = 12 m Band
• 3 = 450 CH international
• 4 = 450 CH with Poland offset
• + all legal codes
• after selecting the desired codes jumper shall be removed again and unit
makes exactly the desired Code, this works until user makes a reset.
After Reset, the radio is working with CB again.
But it is also possible to fix the selected code permanently so that no reset and no
other key operation can change it.
For this, another jumper ( pins 4&5) must be inserted and remain plugged in.
Please note:
All described modifications are only allowed for use by licensed radio amateurs.
Use of a modified radio is only allowed as amateur radio and for amateur radio purposes!
Even if you are holder af an amateur radio license, you are not allowed to use the radio for any
other purpose, like CB radio.
