Auto-Dialling (2)
Up to 10 telephone numbers can be stored in the telephone memory and
dialled at the push of
a single button.
To Store Numbers:-
- Lift Handset
- Press and release the Store key (4)
- Key in the telephone number (entering the pauses as required for PABX
use).
- Press the Auto Dial Button (2) where the number is to be stored and record
the details on the
telephone number card.
- To change a number previously stored in the memory, simply repeat the
above operation - the
previous number will be automatically cancelled.
To Dial Stored Numbers-:
- Lift receiver
- Press the Auto Dial Button of the number you wish to call. The number will
be automatically dialled. To Dial Stored Numbers-:
- Lift receiver
- Press the Auto Dial Button of the number you wish to call. The number will
be automatically dialled.
Hold (8)
This feature allows the user to answer a call on one phone, place the call on
hold and continue
the call on either the same phone or a different phone on the same line.
To place a Call on Hold:
- Press HOLD button (8) while holding the handset.
- Replace the handset while still pressing the HOLD button.
- The RED LAMP (7) will be illuminated.
- Release the HOLD button.
To Resume Your Conversation:
- Lift the handset at the originating phone or any extension on the same line.
- After call, replace handset. All telephones on the line will return to normal
status.
Automatic Time Out:
This feature will automatically disconnect any call left on HOLD for
approximately five minutes.
Recall (9)
The recall button is used to transfer a call to another extension.
- Lift handset to answer call
- Press recall button (9)
- Dial extension number you wish to transfer the call to.
- Hang up when person answers at other end.
Pause (10)
The pause button is used when programing auto dial keys. e.g. 1 for an
outside line, followed by a pause, then the number to dial.
