The computer
You can now choose between the 12 pre-set
training programs using the – and + buttons.
The training profile will be displayed on the
computer display. Confirm the program with
the Mode button.

this, press the Mode button. You can pre-set
individual training values (watt, time, distance,
energy consumption (calories), pulse and
strokes with the – and + buttons.
3. Confirm each entry with the Mode button.
When you start your training with pre-sets, the
countdown will begin. When the end of the
pre-set value is reached, there is an audible
alert.
User (individual training program)
You can create an individual training profile for
each user. If you have started the computer in user
profile U1 - U4, you can create your own training
program in the USER program. This program is
stored with user U1 - U4. In the neutral user profile
U0 you can also create individual programs, but
these will not be saved.

different programs (55%, 75%, 95% or target
heart rate manually “TAG") and confirm with
the Mode button.
3. Now confirm your age or correct it with the
- or + buttons.
4. To confirm, press the Mode button. If you have
selected TAG, you must enter the target heart
rate using the – and + buttons and confirm
with the Mode button.
5. You can now start the program with the

2. Use the – and + buttons to set the strokes
per minute (SPM) and the training distance
(Distance) and confirm them with the Mode
button.
3. To start the race, press the start/stop-button

The computer indicates whether
you (user) or the computer (PC)
are ahead. At the end of the race, it
will display if you won (WIN) or lost
(USER LOSE).
