The computer
The computer
Using the USB port
The computer has a USB port. You can charge
your mobile phone and tablets with a USB cable
(not included) during your workout. The port does
not have a data connection to the device.
1. Connect the USB cable to the USB port (G).
2. Connect the USB cable to your mobile phone
or tablet.
Your mobile phone or tablet will be charged.
Computer display
Time/500 m: Shows time over a distance of 500 m.
This is a useful comparative value.
SPM: Shows strokes per minute.
Distance: Shows the total training distance in km.
Total Strokes: Shows the total number of strokes
in a training unit.
Watt: Shows power in watts.
Calories: Shows energy consumption in kilojoules.
(Remember that this is just for motivation and
does not have medical value.)
Pulse: Shows current heart rate (pulse). (This
display only works with a chest strap, which is not
included.)
As long as the computer is connected
to power, it will remain switched on
automatically.
Built-in receiver for chest strap heart
rate monitor
The computer has a built-in receiver for chest strap
heart rate monitors (chest strap not included).
Please note that this requires an un-coded chest
strap with a frequency of 5.3 kHz.
User selection
Profile U0 is a neutral user profile in
which no user data is stored.
The computer has four different user profiles
(U 1 - U 4) and a neutral user profile (U0).
The user profiles (U1 - U4) can be used to pre-set
your personal data (size, weight, gender and age).
To toggle between the different users, proceed as
follows:
1. Restart the computer by pressing and holding
the Mode button

for approx. 3 seconds
(see Fig. B).
2. Press the and +

buttons
to select a
user profile and confirm your selection with
the Mode button.
3. Press the and + buttons to fill in the user
profile and confirm your selection each time
with the Mode button.
Training modes
To choose between the different programs,
proceed as follows:
1. Press the RESET button

The programs flash.
2. Press the or +
C
/
E
buttons
until the
desired program flashes.
3. Confirm the program with the
Mode button

.
Manual (manual training program)
1. Select the MANUAL program in standby-mode
with the and +
C
/
E
buttons and confirm
with the Mode button

.
2. You can now start the program with the Start/
stop button

or enter pre-sets. To do this,
press the Mode button. You can pre-set
individual training values (watt, time, distance,
energy consumption (calories), pulse and
strokes with the and + buttons.
3. Confirm each entry with the Mode button.
When you start your training with
pre-sets, the countdown will begin.
When the end of the pre-set value is
reached, there is an audible alert.

1. Select the PROGRAM program in
standby-mode with the and +
