Getting started
WARNING!
Danger of adverse health effects!
Heart rate monitoring systems can be
inaccurate. Excessive exercise can lead to
serious harm or death.
Stop training immediately if you feel dizzy
or weak.
WARNING!
The rowing machine is dangerous for
children and people with physical, motor
and mental impairments (for instance, the
partially disabled, older persons with
restricted physical or mental abilities) and
those who are lacking experience and
knowledge (for example, children).
Children aged 14 years and above and
individuals with reduced physical, motoric
or mental abilities and those who are
lacking experience and knowledge may
use the rowing machine under supervision
or if they have been informed about its
correct use and the associated dangers.
Children should not play with the rowing
machine. Children may not service or clean
the product without adult supervision.
Keep children younger than 14 away from
the rowing machine and the connection
cable.
Keep children away from small parts.
Children can swallow small parts and then
choke.
Do not allow children to play with the
packaging material. Children can potentially
trap themselves in it during play, which can
lead to suffocation.
NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
Improper use of the rowing machine can lead to
damage.
Place the rowing machine on a mat so as to
not damage the floor.
Do not let the power cable touch hot parts.
Never expose the rowing machine to high
temperature (heating, etc.) or weather
(rain, etc.).
Do not use the rowing machine if the
plastic components of the rowing machine
have cracks or flaws or become deformed.
Only replace damaged components with
suitable original spare parts.

Checking the rowing machine and
contents

Opening the packaging with a sharp knife
or pointed object may damage the rowing
machine.
Be careful when opening.
1. Remove the rowing machine from the
packaging.
2. Check that all parts have been supplied
(see Fig. A and C).
3. Inspect the rowing machine for signs of
damage. If you find any signs of damage, you
should not use the rowing machine
.

provided on the warranty card.
Assembly
For assembly, you will need a spanner

1. Unpack all the items and place them side by
side on the floor.
2. Place the base on a flat surface, making sure
that the main frame is stable. To protect the
floor, place a mat or old carpet under the
machine.
3. Make sure that you have enough space (at
least 1.5 m) in each direction during assembly.
2 people are required for assembly.
