− Push the menu button to determine whether the rechargeable battery is com-
pletely empty

The symbol will appear on the display for three seconds.
To charge the rechargeable battery:
1. Take the display module

out of the band

(see fig.B) or the clip

2. Insert the display module in the USB charger

(see fig.C).
3. Connect the USB charger e.g. to a computer.
NOTICE!
You can also use a mains adapter with a USB port to charge it (not included
in the product contents).
