  If your Aleko Gate Opener doesn't run, first ensure the power cord is properly plugged into the mains outlet. Also, check the fuse in the control board; if it's blown, determine why and replace it. If you're using a photocell, make sure its beam isn't blocked or that terminal 11 is shorted with terminal 12 by a jumper wire. Reset the jumper wire if it is lost.

  If your Aleko Gate Opener starts but immediately stops or reverses, the selected force may be too small. Turn the potentiometer clockwise to increase the force. Also, disconnect the gate from the operator to ensure it slides freely without any obstruction.
