Heavy-Duty Hose Reels Models 7234-B and 7235-B
Description
Caution
These reels must be ceiling mounted at a
height no greater than 16 feet (4.9 m) from
the floor to comply with the warranty.
Hose reel Models 7234-B and 7235-B are
designed to be mounted to the wall, ceiling, or floor.
They can also mount to truck beds.
The reels mount as a single unit or in banks of as
many as required. Banked reels should be a
minimum of 9 " (23 cm) apart on center. For ease in
reel maintenance, a space of up to 15 " (38 cm) is
recommended. See

.
Each model reel is spring-powered and self-
retracting. A latch locks the reel once the required
length of hose is released. A pull releases the latch
and allows the hose to retract onto the reel.
Models 7234-B and 7235-B
Model 7234-B contains a high-pressure swivel
assembly. This swivel is designed to dispense
grease from either 1/4 " or 3/8 " ID two-wire braid
delivery hose.
A medium-pressure swivel assembly is included
with Model 7235-B. Free-flowing lubricants such as

Delivery hose length is designated by the dash number.
Example
: 317874-30 is 30 feet long.
motor and gear oil, and automatic transmission fluid are
dispensed from 1/2 " ID single-wire braid delivery hose. Air and
water is transported through 3/8 " fabric-reinforced hose.
