Why is my Alen Air Conditioner not cool enough?

  If your Alen Air Conditioner isn't cooling enough, there might be several reasons. First, ensure all windows and doors are closed. Remove any heat sources from the room. Check the exhaust air duct to make sure it's properly connected and not blocked; keep it as short and straight as possible for optimal performance. Also, the temperature setting might be too high, so try decreasing it. A blocked air filter can also cause this issue, so clean it. If none of these steps work, turn the unit off for 3 minutes, press the reset button on the LCDI plug, and then turn the AC back on, selecting a temperature lower than the room temperature.

The water full indicator might be blinking, indicating that the water tank is full, in which case you should empty it. If you are in heating mode, the room temperature may be higher than the set temperature or, if you are in cooling mode, the room temperature may be lower than the set temperature; in either case, try resetting the temperature. Also, the LCDI plug may have tripped, so press the reset button on the LCDI plug and then press the On/Off button on the air conditioner.
