ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Turn o󰀨 the circuit breakers and the wall switch to the
supply line leads.
DANGER: Failure to disconnect the power
supply prior to installation may result in serious injury
or death.
2. Loosen and remove the screw caps (C) from the
mounting bracket screws (B) to remove the mounting
bracket (A) from xture (D).
3. Attach the mounting bracket (A) to the outlet box (not
included) using the mounting screws (RR). Note:
Mounting screws should be parallel to the horizon.
Then, loosen ground screw and wrap the ground wire
from outlet box around the screw and retighten the
ground screw to secure.
