Bump-ShiftLeverselectorpositionsare:
R(Reverse):selectsreversegear.Bumpingtheleverforwardwillselect

N(Neutral):mustbeselectedpriortostartingtheengine.
D(Drive):selectsthehighestavailableforwardrange.Transmission
shiftstostartinggearandwillautomaticallyupshiftthroughthegears,as
operatingconditionspermit,untilthehighestavailablegearisattained.
L(Low):selectsthelowestavailableforwardrange.Thetransmission
willautomaticallydownshifttothelowestrangeusingthepreselect
downshiftschedule.Onceattained,thetransmissionwillholdthelow
rangeuntilanotherrangeisselected.
M(Manual):movingthebump-shiftleverfromtheDrivepositioninto
theManualSelectpositionallowstheoperatortoselectaloweror
higherforwardgearrange.
Initiallymovingthebump-shiftlevertoM(Manual)setstheRange
SelectedtothesameforwardrangeasthecurrentRangeAttained,

oneforwardrange.
EachUPSHIFT(+)bumpincreasestheRangeSelectedbyone

Driveposition.
