Warranty
The warranty is limited to the cost of replacement of equipment providing it has
been installed and/or certied by Alltec or its authorized distributor. Alltec shall
in no event be responsible for any loss of business or prots, downtime or delay,
labor, repair or material costs or any similar or dissimilar consequential loss or
damage incurred by the buyer. All other costs such as: insurance premiums,
freight charges, loss of prot, and re-installation of equipment are not included.
Also specically excluded from the warranty is any responsibility for other direct
or indirect damages, injuries or death.
NOTE: Alltec shall in no event be responsible if the products have
not been stored or used in accordance with its specications and
recommended procedures.
Do not attempt to install lightning protection components or systems
during periods of lightning activity!
