- The compressor may create a high hum or pulsating sound when it is at the starting or
stopping phase.
- It is normal to hear a metal slam from the compressor if the fridge is bumped.
Most common problems
The appliance does not work:
- Check the power supply connection.
- Is the plug properly connected to the socket?
- Is the fuse blown?
- Has the appliance been turned on?
- Is the compressor in delay start mode when the appliance is starting up?
The food inside the fridge is frozen:
- The set temperature is too low.
You hear a sound of water from inside the fridge:
- It is normal due to the flow of refrigerant.
F1 code is displayed:
- Low battery protection, set the protection from H3 to H2 or H1.
F2 code is displayed:
- The fan overload protection: turn off the appliance and restart after 30 minutes. If the F2
code is still displayed, contact an authorized service center.
F3 code is displayed:
- The compressor protection is activated. Turn off the appliance and restart after 30
minutes. If the F3 code is still displayed, contact an authorized service center.
F5 code is displayed:
- The compressor overheating protection is activated. Turn off the appliance, keep it in a
ventilated place and restart after 30 minutes. If the F5 code is still displayed, contact an
authorized service center.
F7/F8 code is displayed:
- Temperature sensor error. Restart the appliance. If the F7/F8 code is still displayed, con-
tact an authorized service center.
