Connections

Preventing External Audio Noise

Tips for preventing external noise interference with the audio system.

RCA Input Jacks

Connect main unit line out leads using RCA extension cables. Ensure correct channel pairing.

Speaker Output Terminals

Connect speakers observing correct output connections and phasing. Positive to positive, negative to negative.

Battery Lead

Connect yellow battery lead to vehicle's positive terminal. Add a 25A fuse close to the battery.

Remote Turn-On Lead

Connect to head unit's remote turn-on or power antenna lead (positive trigger).

Ground Lead

Connect black ground lead securely to a clean, bare metal spot on the chassis. Ensure good ground continuity.

Speaker Input Leads

Use for head units without preamp outputs. Connect to speaker output leads of head unit.

Switch Settings

High-pass Output Phase Switch

Sets output phase to 0° or 180° independently for optimal sound alignment.

Crossover Frequency Adjustment Knob

Adjusts crossover frequency between 50 Hz and 200 Hz for optimal point.

Bass EQ Selector Switch

Activates the Bass EQ function for subwoofers when set to ON.

Bass EQ Adjustment Knob

Adjusts bass frequency level from 0 dB to +12 dB when Bass EQ is ON.

Input Gain Adjustment Control

Sets amplifier input gain to match head unit output for optimal sound without distortion.
