What to do if Altair AL-2167 lights do not come on or flicker?

  If the Altair Lantern lights do not come on or flicker, it could be due to several reasons. First, ensure that the wall switch and/or circuit breaker is turned on. If that's not the issue, access the outlet box to check and fix any incorrect or loose wire connections. Also, check if any external light source is interfering with the photocell; if so, eliminate the light source or move the fixture. If none of these steps resolve the issue, it may be due to a component malfunction.

Why does the Altair Lantern fuse blow or circuit breaker trip when turned on?

  If the fuse blows or the circuit breaker trips when you turn on the Altair Lantern light, it's likely due to crossed wires or a power wire grounding out. To resolve this, access the outlet box and carefully fix the wire connections.

Why does my Altair Lantern stay on through the day?

  If your Altair Lantern lights stay on through the day, it might be because the fixture is installed in a shaded area where enough light isn't reaching the photocell during the daytime. To fix this, relocate the fixture to a well-lit area.
