Eine Garantie kann nicht übertragen werden.
Die Garantie erlischt, wenn am Ofen von Dritten, also nicht von Altech autorisierten
Händlern oder Vertretern, gearbeitet worden ist und / oder keine Orginal- Bestandteile
werden benutzt.
Nicht von der Garantie gedeckt sind:
Alle dem Verschleiß ausgesetzten Teile, worunter Kordel und Dichtungen, Glasfenster
und Innenverkleidung. Transportkosten, Montage- und Demontagekosten. Schäden, die
auf unrichtigen Gebrauch oder mangelhafte Unterhalt zurückführen sind oder Änderungen
am Ofen. Durch unrichtige Installation entstandene Schäden. Vergütungen eventueller
Folgeschäden.
Bevor der Ofen in Gebrauch genommen wird, hat der Benutzer die
Gebrauchsanleitung und die Garantiebestimmung zu kennen. Bei mangelndem
Unterhalt, erlischt die Garantie.
WARRANTY
The Altech warranty is only applicable to newly manufactured stoves for a period of fi ve
years after the date of purchase. The warranty covers both the material and labour costs for
the fi rst two years. For the third, fourth and fi fth years, only the material costs are covered
by the warranty. A claim can only be made via a recognized Altech dealer or Altech
distributor.
If the warranty is not sent to Altech within 14 days of purchase, then you can only make a
claim based on the legal warranty conditions which are applicable in the land of purchase.
Warranties are not transferable.
The warranty becomes invalid if work is carried out on the stove by a dealer or a
distributor which has not been authorized by Altech and/ or not original components are
used.
Not included in the warranty are:
All parts which are liable to wear, such as the cord, the casing, the window, the grate and
the inner soapstone plates. Transport costs, assembly and disassembly costs. Damage
resulting from incorrect use or insuffi cient maintenance or changes in the construction of
the stove. Damage caused by incorrect installation. Compensation for any consequential
damage.
