If the Ethernet light (L7 to L10) is off on your Altice Labs Gateway, it could be due to the following reasons: * The Ethernet cable might not be correctly connected. Ensure it is properly plugged into the equipment's Ethernet port. * The Ethernet cable may be faulty. Try using a different Ethernet cable. * The equipment connected to the Fiber Gateway on this Ethernet port might be switched off. Verify that it is powered on.
