- ALTO warrants the product to be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for 1 year from the purchase date, provided the Warranty Registration Card is completed on time.
- Warranty service is only available to the original consumer who purchased the product directly from a retail dealer and is non-transferable.
- During warranty service, ALTO may repair or replace the product at its own option, free of charge for parts or labor.
- The warranty does not cover damages from abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, alterations, modifications, damage caused by other products or forces, or abnormal service/repair by unqualified personnel. In such cases, the buyer will be charged for expenses.
