Another cause might be that the robot encountered obstacles such as fallen branches or forgotten objects when it started. Stop the robot safely, clear the area, and then restart it. If the issue persists, it could be due to an electric motor failure, in which case you should have it repaired or replaced by an authorized service center. Finally, if the grass is too high, try increasing the cutting height.
