Adjustments

Head Bearing Check

Check for play in the handlebar stem and fork within the frame's head.

Crank Bearing Check

Check if the crank moves freely and has minimal side movement.

Brake Shoe Check

Inspect brake shoes for wear; replace if less than 1/32 inch.

Electrical System

Alternator

Supplies constant current AC power to lights and horn at all speeds.

Headlight and Taillight

Always on when the engine operates; connected in parallel with each other.

Brakelight

Connected in series with lights and horn; activated by brake levers.

Horn

Connected in series; activated by the horn button.
