The bar display gain selector (SW2) is normally set 6 and is changed to
only when the range of the bargraph is to be different than + / — 20 %.
The calibrate / operate switch, SW4 is normally set to the lower
position but is to be moved to the upper position to reduce the
time constant during calibration.
