Your AMQ Indoor Furnishing table might be stopping before reaching its maximum height due to several reasons. The system may have been programmed to stop at a specific height, in which case you should perform a resetting. If the table has already reached its highest position, it will only move downwards. Also, the table could be overloaded; try removing some weight and try again.

If not all columns run when lowering your AMQ Indoor Furnishing table, the column that is not running might be defective, or the cable connection for that column may be faulty. Check all connections and then perform a resetting. If a column still doesn't move upwards after resetting, it may be defective; in that case, contact us for a warranty kit.
