How to fix water leaks from the diverter in Amway Water Filtration Systems?
    • S
      stephaniekingAug 3, 2025
If you notice water leaks from the diverter of your Amway Water Filtration System, several factors could be at play. Ensure the tubing is fully pushed onto the barbs and the nuts are hand-tightened. Check that all connections between the faucet and diverter are secure. Also, make sure the diverter pin is pushed in after each use, following the usage instructions. If the leaks persist, it could be due to a damaged internal seal, in which case you should contact Customer Service to order a replacement diverter or seal.

What to do if the display is not working on my Amway Water Filtration Systems?
    • V
      Valerie NewmanAug 7, 2025
If your Amway Water Filtration System's display isn't working correctly, first ensure the water purifier is plugged into an outlet with continuous power; try plugging in a nightlight to confirm the outlet is functional. If there was a power outage, wait for the power to return before using the purifier. Also, verify that the power adapter is fully installed in the back of the electronic module and that the plug is securely in the outlet. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the electronic module itself may not be working properly.

Why is the water flow rate reduced in my Amway Water Filtration Systems?
    • J
      Jessica BellAug 12, 2025
If you're experiencing reduced water flow rate in your Amway Water Filtration System, start by cleaning the screens on the inlet and treated water port with a brush. Ensure that all cold water shut-off valves are completely open. Check that the supply connector is installed correctly. Additionally, the screen on the supply connector with flow controller might be clogged; turn off the cold water supply, drain the line, remove the tube from the screen side of the supply connector, clean the screen, and re-insert the tube. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the cartridge may be clogged due to high particle content in the water.

    • J
      Jared DixonAug 18, 2025
If you notice water leaks from the eSpring Auxiliary Faucet of your Amway Water Filtration System, first ensure the tubing end is cut evenly. Remove the tubing at the connector locations, trim the tubes, and reinstall them. Also, make sure the tubing is inserted far enough; remove the tubing, mark it, and then reinstall it. Check that the spout is completely inserted; remove the spout, inspect the O-rings, and reinsert the spout. If leaking persists, it could be due to a damaged connection or internal seal.

Why has the smell, taste, or appearance of treated water changed in my Amway Water Filtration Systems?
    • M
      Mark ThompsonAug 23, 2025
If the treated water from your Amway Water Filtration System has changed in smell, taste, or appearance, flush the system for an additional 3 minutes prior to use if the system hasn't been used enough recently (daily usage is recommended, or at least a few times within 2 weeks). If that doesn't work, disinfect the base of the unit by removing the cartridge, adding a teaspoon of household liquid bleach to a cup of cold water, putting the solution into the base, filling it ¼ full with cold water, reinstalling the cartridge and tubing, letting it sit for 10 minutes, and then running water through the system for at least 5 minutes prior to use. If the problem persists, it could be due to high iron content or sulfur-reducing bacteria in the water supply.

What to do if there are water leaks at the unit of my Amway Water Filtration Systems?
    • C
      Chase SmithAug 28, 2025
If you're experiencing water leaks at the unit of your Amway Water Filtration System, start by ensuring that the tubing supports are installed correctly. If you have a Diverter model, remove the tubing, locate, and install the tubing supports. Also, check if the tubing was cut where it was bonded; re-trim and reinstall the tubes. Make sure the tubing is inserted far enough and seated well in the notches on the back of the unit. Ensure the bracket is pushed down on the base completely, reseat the bracket, reassemble the retaining ring, and reassemble the water purifier. Look for any debris on the O-ring to base seal and remove it. Finally, ensure the cartridge is threaded into the bracket completely by reinstalling it.
