      There are several reasons why your Amway Water Filtration System might be leaking. Check the following: * Ensure tubing supports are installed correctly. If not, remove the tubing, install the supports in the white tubing, or contact Customer Support to order them. * If the tubing was cut where it was bonded, remove the tubing and supports, then re-trim and install the tubes. If the tubing is too short, contact Customer Support for replacement tubing. * Make sure the tubing is inserted far enough and seated well in the notches on the back of the unit. Remove the tubing, mark it, and then reinstall it. * Verify that the tubing is pushed completely onto the barbs and the nuts are hand-tightened. * Tighten all connections between the faucet and the Diverter. * Ensure the shut-off...

      Your Amway Water Filtration System may be leaking due to several reasons: * Tubing supports might not be installed. Remove tubing, locate and install tubing supports in white tubing only. Call Customer Support to order tubing supports. * Tubing may have been cut where it was bonded. Remove tubing and supports, re-trim and install tubes. If tubing is too short call Customer Support to order replacement tubing. * Tubing might not be inserted far enough or seated well in notches on the back of the unit.       If the smell, taste, or appearance of the treated water from your Amway Water Filtration System has changed, it could be due to several reasons: * If the Water Purifier hasn't been used enough, flush it for an additional 3 minutes before use. If this doesn't work, contact Customer Support to order a replacement Cartridge and disinfect the Base Housing of the unit by putting 5 ml or a teaspoon of household bleach into a cup of warm water. Put the solution into the Base Housing and fill it with warm water, let sit for 10 minutes. Empty and rinse before replacing the Cartridge. * If there is a high content of iron, the Cartridge is not designed to remove iron. Use of an iron filter prior to the Water Purifier may extend the life of the Cartridge. * If sulfur reducing bacteria are in th...
