Cleaning and Maintenance:
´ Always remove the main plug from the wall outlet before
cleaning the appliance.
´ Never immerse the main unit and power cord in water.
Clean the exterior with a damp cloth.
´ The carafe and funnel can be washed in dishwasher.
Remove mineral deposits:
1. Fill the water tank with water and descaler to the max
level (indicated on water gauge).
2. Put the carafe onto the warming plate and make sure the
filter and funnel are assembled in place.
3. Start the appliance and allow it to brew the descale
solution. After brewing, switch off the appliance.
4. Leave the solution for 15 minutes and then repeat step
1-3.
5. Start the appliance and run off the solution until the
water tank is completely empty. Rinse by operating the
appliance with only water at least 3 times.
