Tri-State Output
Although the module contains six separate form A relays, adjacent pairs (OUT1 and
OUT2 or OUT3 and OUT4 or OUT5 and OUT6) of these can be combined to form a
standard Tri-state output.
Configure the output point of the first point (OUT1, OUT3 or OUT5) with an Electrical
Type of
Tri-state
.
Important Note
All tristate outputs fail in the OFF state if there is no power. They are forced to the OFF
position for 2 minutes upon reset or powerup before being program-controlled.
Connect two outputs together to form a tristate output as follows:
OUT 1
OUT 1
OUT 2
OUT 2
