If your Andritz Water Pump isn't pumping medium, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the pump and suction pipe are adequately pre-filled. If steam bubbles are present in the suction pipe, repeat the pre-filling process. Also, check the suction pipe for any obstructions. Verify that the pressure difference between inlet and steam pressure is sufficient. Air entering the suction pipe or shaft seal could also be the culprit, so inspect those components. Lastly, confirm that the speed meets the required specifications and that the pipe's flow resistance isn't exceeding the pump's delivery head. Clogging of the suction pipe, suction valve, or impeller may be the cause, so you should check the suction pipe and the entire pump.
