TROUBLESHOOTING
TROUBLE POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
The appliance is
not working.
Power adapter is not
connected.
Plug the power adapter
to the mains socket.
Check if the other end is
connected to the
dehumidifier properly.
Water Tank is full. Empty the water tank.
Water tank is not
positioned properly.
Position the water tank
correctly.
Appliance does
not dehumidify.
Air inlet could be dirty. Clean the air inlet and
try again.
Air Inlets and/or
Outlets could be
blocked.
Keep the dehumidifier in
a well ventilated area.
Room is too big and/or
well ventilated.
Make sure that the room
is within the operating
parameters of the
device and if needed,
close off the cross-
ventilation in the room
to improve the
dehumidification.
Temperature in the
room is too low
causing less
dehumidification.
Raise the temperature
of the room by closing
off ventilation and
heating up, if needed
using non-steam
producing heating
appliances.
